Trainee Croupier
CROUPIER TRAINING SCHOOL
Looking for a new challenge? Fancy a career change?
Opera House Casino is running a Training School for new Croupiers! This 5-week course will teach you how to deal American Roulette, Blackjack and Three Card Poker, in addition to UK gambling legislation and excellent customer service.
YOU'LL GET PAID TO TRAIN AND WILL BE OFFERED A FULL TIME POSITION ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION!
Knowledge and experience in this career path could open future opportunities for you. Many croupiers move on to Casinos in bigger cities or travel the world when proficient and our doors are always open to welcome you back and hear your stories.

Receptionist
We are looking for outgoing and organised individuals to join our Team manning Opera House Casino's Reception on a part-time or full-time basis. This is the first port of call for of our guests and a vitally important element of the business.
Full training will be given in all areas of the job
The main function of the role is to actively assist in the operation of an efficient, professional and welcoming admission point within the legal requirements of the Gaming act, other legislation and company procedures, including:
- Administration
- Registering guests in accordance with Company procedure
- Managing deliveries
- Taking phone calls
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Security
- Compliance
Essential Skills:

Up to 38 hour contract, night shifts including weekends.

We are looking for experienced Croupiers to join our Gaming Team.
This position requires working nights, weekends - 4 shifts over a 7 day week
Possession of a Personal Functional Licence (appropriate gaming licence) OR able to apply for one is essential.
Good rates of pay, plus tips.

Amusement Arcade Assistant
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to join our teams in the Amusement Arcade arm of the business, offering the best customer experience and warm welcome.
Duties include, manning the cash desk, dealing with customer enquiries, floor-walking, replenishing prizes, cleaning, etc.
The successful candidate will need to be honest, punctual, and reliable, have good people skills and be able to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative.
