Full Time Bar Staff
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure the efficient operation of the Bar and Valet operations to the highest standard in all aspects.
- To continually strive to develop the hospitality business at all times within the confines of the Law and Regulations.
- To assist the Management where required and directed.
- To make recommendations to the Hospitality Manager for the improvement of income on the Bar.
- To ensure the proper security of the Bar and Valet operations at all times.
- To give appropriate personal attention to members ensuring that they receive the highest levels of service, courtesy and comfort.
- To ensure proper inspection and maintenance of the Bars and Valet departments, decoration and furnishings.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A good knowledge of service standards relating to all aspects of the service of wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks & beverages.
- Very comfortable when communicating with guests and fellow employees both verbally and in writing and in making presentations to senior management.

Cash Desk Assistant
We are looking for outgoing and organised individuals to join our Team manning Opera House Casino's Cash Desk.
This position requires various shifts on a rolling rota that includes weekends and night shifts with flexibility to provide service and contact at varying times dependent upon the needs of the business and the delivery of project work.
Full training will be given in all areas of the job.
The main function of the job is to assist in the creation of a welcoming, friendly and courteous environment, whilst maintaining the operational efficiency of the cash desk and complying with all procedural and regulatory requirements. Job role requirements include:
- Cash handling.
- Dealing with customer cash and card transactions.
- Completing daily cash desk paperwork and computer records.
- Compliance with money laundering regulations, etc.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
Essential skills include:
- Good customer services.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamplayer.
- Proactive, motiviated and organised.
- Methodical and attentive to detail.
- Good manual dexterity.
- The ability to make quick, mental calculations.

Croupier
We are looking for experienced Croupiers to join our Gaming Team.
This position requires working nights, weekends - 4 shifts over a 7 day week
Possession of a Personal Functional Licence (appropriate gaming licence) OR able to apply for one is essential.
Good rates of pay, plus tips.

Amusement Arcade Assistant
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to join our teams in the Amusement Arcade arm of the business, offering the best customer experience and warm welcome.
Duties include, manning the cash desk, dealing with customer enquiries, floor-walking, replenishing prizes, cleaning, etc.
The successful candidate will need to be honest, punctual, and reliable, have good people skills and be able to work well as part of a team and on their own initiative.
